Chris has been a licensed Realtor® since 1986. As a multi-million dollar producer, she is also a Certified Corporate Property Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a member of Northeast Tarrant County Board of Realtors, and the Texas and National Association of Realtors. Chris lists, sells, and negotiates for you. Her expertise helps her hone in on the right property for you and helps match buyers of the home you need to sell.
Ben has been in real estate since 2001. He has an extensive business & contract background, having owned an animal health pharmaceutical company for many years prior to his real estate career. Ben furthers his education by attending multiple real estate training courses throughout the year. Judy has been in real estate since 1996. She brings a wealth of business, real estate and customer service experience to the team. Judy loves people, has a warm, caring personality and works very hard to find the perfect home for her clients. Tina, a licensed Realtor®, devotes all of her time to the hundreds of details that are critically important in the home selling and buying process. From the beginning of the sale to the closing table, Tina is in constant contact with our clients. Ann’s job begins the moment The Minteer Team lists a property, concentrating all her efforts on our sellers. She takes care of hands on duties of measuring rooms, taking photos, and distributing flyers. Ann stays in contact with our sellers from the beginning. That means our sellers know the status of their listing every step of the way. Ann is focused to give 110%.
As well as managing and overseeing all office operations, Kristy, a licensed Realtor®, implements the latest techniques in marketing. She creates and implements all advertising tools used by our team. Kristy is constantly researching the market to find the latest technologies and business strategies to exceed our client's expectations and find every way possible to get our listings sold!
