The Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District serves the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Following the Texas decision to bypass federal funding and the requirement to adopt Common Core standards and the associated curriculum, this K-12 public school system created a strategic plan called LEAD 2021 which stands for Leading Excellence-Action Driven.
