Amely Andrade has been a licensed Realtor® since 2021, bringing a warm, people first approach to every client she serves. Before transitioning into real estate, she spent years as a preschool teacher, where she developed the patience, communication skills, and ability to simplify complex information with care and clarity. Today, those same qualities help guide her clients every step of the way, whether they are navigating their first home purchase or a major life move.
Originally from El Paso, she moved to the DFW area over 10 years ago with her high school sweetheart, and together they have truly made North Texas home. Her deep roots in the community gives her clients more than just market knowledge. She knows the neighborhoods, local events, schools, hidden gems, and what everyday life truly feels like in each area. She loves sharing that knowledge with her clients so they can find not just a house, but the right community for their family.
Known for building genuine relationships and advocating fiercely for her clients, Amely combines thoughtful guidance with strong negotiation skills and sharp market insight. She understands that buying or selling a home is a major life moment and is committed to making the experience as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.
Outside of real estate, Amely enjoys cheering on her three kids at their sports games and staying involved in the community she calls home. After serving on the PTA board for many years, she continues to stay connected and engaged in the neighborhoods she serves. For Amely, knowing her community inside and out is not just a passion, it’s an important part of helping her clients feel at home.
