Chris Minteer started her real estate career in 1986 evolving from a single agent to a small team to what is now Minteer Real Estate Team – all possible thanks to her hard work, passion, and love of serving and helping families realize their real estate dreams.

Chris finds great joy in helping her clients build “the plan” – whether it is a buyer looking for a home, a seller making a change, or clients looking to add additional real estate to their financial portfolio. When clients set out on a real estate path and have the assistance provided from Minteer Real Estate Team’s systems, it is a win-win situation for all. Chris’ vision is to also continue to build Minteer Real Estate Team as a dominating presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market.
“Work hard and play hard” has always been Chris’ mission. Having moved from Wisconsin after college in the early 80s, she and her husband of 35-plus years have made Texas their forever home. They are blessed with two married daughters and two precious grandsons who live close by. Chris has found being a “Grandma” is an amazing phase of life! Chris and her husband are die hard local sports fans, travel enthusiasts (when able), foodies, and wine lovers.
