Kellie Scherer, Ed.D

Sales Partner

Kellie understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction. It’s a life-changing experience! She provides thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and calm leadership so her clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Originally from Northern California, Kellie made the DFW Metroplex her home and brings a distinguished background in education and executive leadership to her real estate practice. She earned both her BA and MA degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and later completed her Doctorate in School Leadership at the University of San Francisco. Her experience as both an educator and senior administrator, leading large teams and complex organizations, shapes her detail-oriented approach to representing buyers and sellers.

Kellie serves as a trusted advisor and advocate. She is known for evaluating properties beyond surface appeal, asking the right questions, anticipating challenges, and guiding clients through complex negotiations with discretion and precision. Clients value her ability to translate market data into clear strategy while keeping lifestyle, long-term value, and her clients’ personal priorities at the forefront. She believes exceptional representation extends well beyond a single transaction, taking the time to understand how her clients live, what they value, and where they are headed.

Outside of real estate, Kellie is married to her husband, Scott, a Navy veteran. In 2023, they proudly adopted their son, Henry, who is the heart of their family and best friend to their French Bulldog, Norman.

Kellie is passionate about helping her clients move into their next chapter with intention and care. She measures success not by awards, but by the strength of the relationships she builds, and looks forward to the opportunity to work with you!
