Alisha Minteer-Rosse Named One of MetroTex’s 40 Under 40 Rising Stars

The MetroTex Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) has named Alisha Minteer-Rosse of Minteer Real Estate Team as a recipient of its prestigious 2025 40 Under 40 award, honoring rising stars in the Texas real estate industry.

Alisha was selected from a highly competitive pool of over 100 REALTOR® applicants across the state of Texas. The 40 Under 40 award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, community engagement, and strong sales performance in 2025. Winners represent the next generation of real estate professionals who are helping shape the future of the industry through innovation, integrity, and a passion for service.

The award presentation will take place in February 2026 at the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® Awards Gala, where Alisha will be honored alongside other influential young professionals making a difference in their communities and careers.
