Design Plans Approved For Southlake Mixed Residential Development

Southlake City Council approved design plans for a new mixed residential development called Willow Tree Gardens.

Located at 240 North Caroll Ave, the 9.6-acre development will include 14 villas, 6 larger lots, two ponds and a cul-de-sac with a sidewalk that runs along the street and will be open to residents from neighboring communities. There will also be a two-story, 23,000-square-foot office building, referred to as The Overlook, located on 1.98 acres of the development.
