Frisco’s Rail District just welcomed a new neighbor: The Beacon, a new apartment community at 7291 Elm St.

With just 18 apartment units, The Beacon offers a mix of one and two-bedroom floor plans, priced from $1,950 to $3,800 a month. The first floor is designed for future shops and businesses, while residents enjoy modern living spaces above.

Inside, you’ll find custom facades, designer lighting, and hallways decorated with painting from Frisco’s own creative community.

Move-ins begin mid-September, but The Beacon already made its debut with a ribbon-cutting celebration on August 15, hosted by developer CAP Multifamily. Guests toured the property and got the first glimpse of what life at The Beacon will feel like.
