Located at the former location of the Carroll ISD administration building next to Grapevine Fire Department Station No. 2, Grapevine is getting a new housing development called Dove Station.

Eason Maykus, president of Maykus Homes & Neighborhoods, said they’re building 19 single-family homes, starting at $1.25 million and ranging from 3-5 bedrooms.

Dove Station will include 10,000 square feet lots with two-car garages and 6,400 square feet of open space in the community. The neighborhood is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025.
