Maykus Homes Launches 47-Lot Gated Community Within Keller ISD

North Richland Hills welcomes The Grove, a new gated development at 8432 Livi St.

This gated community will feature 47 single-family homes within the Keller ISD boundary, with floor plans starting at 2,500 square feet.

The 35-acre development will include homes with at least three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a range of floor plans and design options. Located west of Davis Blvd. and N. Tarrant Parkway, the community is being built by Maykus Homes and Colleyville-based Graham Hart Home Builders.

According to Eason Maykus, president of Maykus Homes and Neighborhoods, the first two homes are expected to be completed by late October or early November.

Amenities include walking trails, a pond with a fountain, 70-foot homesites, and exclusive discounts at NRH20 Family Water Park.

Home prices start at $1.1 million, with three properties currently on the market.
