383-Unit Apartment Community Set to Open in Frisco by 2027

Exciting news for Frisco! Construction is now underway on Penrose, a brand-new apartment community that officially broke ground on July 15.

Set to rise at 4301 Tributary Way, Penrose will bring 383 modern multifamily units to just over five acres of thoughtfully planned space.

The project is a collaboration between developer Rosewood Property Company and equity partner MetLife Investment Management, with completion expected in about two years. Leasing is projected to begin in early 2027.

Future residents can look forward to a variety of upscale amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, co-working spaces, sauna, and cold plunge pools designed to create a balanced lifestyle right at home.
