Located on a 13.67-acre lot on the border of Grapevine and Southlake, the first homes of a new housing development, Ferguson Place, have been built by Maykus Homes and Neighborhoods.

According to developer Eason Maykus, the development will feature 34 homes, ranging from $1.4 million to $1.7 million and including 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms or 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are still 16 lots available that range from 7,511 to 12,104 square feet.
